Who handles your inquiry.

This Bull Point marketing website is operated by HG Group, with real estate inquiries handled by Old South Properties. The Bull Point Property Owners Association operates separately.

What you share with us.

The buyer inquiry form collects your name, email address and, if provided, phone number, property interest and message. It also records your email reply permission and submission details. Please do not include financial information, identification documents or other sensitive information in your message.

How your inquiry is used.

We use HighLevel / LeadConnector to receive and manage buyer inquiries, maintain contact records and assign follow-up to Stacey Hall. Billy Gavigan and Stacey Hall receive inquiry notifications. If you select email reply permission, an automated acknowledgment is sent unless email communication is blocked on your contact record. An inquiry does not enroll you in a promotional campaign or confirm an appointment.

Your communication choices.

Email reply permission is optional and starts unchecked. You can use the unsubscribe link in an acknowledgment or contact Stacey to update your preferences. This inquiry form does not send automated text messages. Links marked Call, Text or Email open the corresponding app on your device.

Property updates and market reports.

The separate Bull Point registration form collects your name, email address, selected email topics and explicit email permission. HighLevel / LeadConnector saves these details with the form submission in our CRM. Old South Properties uses your choices to send the property updates and/or market reports you requested. Submitting a buyer inquiry or requesting a brochure does not register you for these emails.

Topic choices and email permission start unselected. Use the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact Stacey, to stop updates or change your preferences. We honor email opt-outs; registration does not grant permission for automated texts.

Brochure requests.

Requests for the Brag Book and Facts & Features are saved separately on this website with your name, email address or phone number, selected document and source page. A secure browser cookie provides access to the requested document for one hour. A brochure request does not send an email or text or subscribe you to marketing.

Real estate inquiries and property search.

The Real Estate page uses the same HighLevel buyer inquiry form. When you select a featured home, its address, MLS number and listing link are added to the message for you to review. Available campaign source information may also be included to help us understand how you found the property. Earlier inquiries made through the separate listings-page form were saved on this website for review without automatic email or text delivery.

Listings and property maps are provided by Old South Properties through IDX Broker. Property details, saved searches and registration open on its hosted website, where its own forms and privacy practices apply.

Alex, the AI concierge.

Alex is an AI assistant for Bull Point. Chat messages and any contact details you choose to share are processed through HighLevel / LeadConnector so HG Group and Old South Properties can assist with your inquiry. Please do not share financial information, identification documents or other sensitive details in chat.

Ask Alex about the community, the area or your next step. Confirm current property availability, construction details and visit arrangements with Stacey Hall. Chatting does not confirm a tour or subscribe you to promotional email or text messages. You can contact Stacey directly to request follow-up or ask about information you shared.

Website providers and embedded content.

Our hosting and CRM providers process information needed to operate the site and handle your request. The inquiry form, embedded videos and maps load content from third-party services, including LeadConnector, IDX Broker, YouTube and Google Maps. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details and use their own cookies. Their privacy practices apply when you interact with their content or follow external links.
